I was able to get a response quickly at the last minute. Instructions was clear. Peter was a very kind man, helped me with my bags showed where everything was. It was clean and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable and it was only a couple of minutes from the location of the event I was in Evansville to attend. Nice area. I was very pleased with my stay at the big house.

Peter is an excellent host. He greeted us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed his hospitality and learning the history of the house. The room is beautiful and very comfortable. I can’t think of anything that wasn’t wonderful. The mattress on the bed is awesome! Great water pressure in the shower. The room has a desk, refrigerator, microwave, coffee station and comfortable chair, also a very nice tv. We would not hesitate to stay again. You are very close to restaurants and nightlife . The room is perfect for two and much quieter than a hotel.
